Equipped with IE5 high-efficiency servo motors, our entire equipment line achieves up to 32% energy savings. The intelligent temperature control system further cuts heat loss by 41%, while precision German Elstein heating tiles ensure even heating. Optimized in a 4×11 + 6×13 configuration, the heating layout maximizes energy efficiency, enabling sustainable production and consistent product quality for our customers.

We have developed specialized forming processes for PLA biodegradable materials and produced a corn starch-PP composite, promoting the use of renewable raw materials. Building on this, post-consumer recycled plastics now make up 27.6% of our material usage, further reducing resource waste. In addition, by replacing traditional materials with high-performance, eco-friendly plastics, we continuously enhance product performance while supporting sustainable production.
