This machine is driven by a hydraulic system, consists of a heating part and a forming part, and uses in-mold cutting technology to complete the cutting process in the mold, and the product molding effect is better. On this machine, you only need one or two workers at most. It is fully automatic. On this machine, you can make disposable plastic cups, milk tea cups, coffee cups, lunch boxes, takeaway boxes, plastic lids, egg trays, injection trays and cake boxes, etc. The sheets suitable for this machine can be PP, PS, PET, RPET, PVC, etc.

A disposable plastic cup with a 70mm cup diameter and a height of 90mm.
The layout on the mold is 3*6, with a total of 18 cavities, which means that the machine can produce 18 cups in one cycle.
Depending on the material, height and stacking method, the machine's production speed is 15-25 cycles/minute, so the output of cups per minute is 270-450 cups.

Structure & Design
Feeding Device
The servo motor-driven automatic loading rack and the double sheet holding station can replace the new sheet roll without stopping the machine, which improves efficiency and saves time.
Material Conveying System
The sheet is smoothly guided into the conveyor chain through transition rollers, ensuring simple operation and more uniform heating across the sheet area.
Heating Device
Two brands of heating tiles are available to meet the needs of customers with different budgets. The heater is added with vacuum insulation cotton, which has fast heating feedback, short heating time and energy saving.
Forming Station
TQC-650B uses in-mold cutting technology, forming and cutting are done at the same station, the product cutting effect is better. The integrated station saves the machine's floor space and reduces customer costs.
Servo Motor
Responsible for driving the stretching head vertically, enabling precise and consistent product forming.
Hydraulic Drive
Exclusively used to drive the lower mold upward to close with the upper mold for product forming.
Operation Screen
Operator-friendly HMl, and the system has the function of remote connection. lntelligent operation, the whole machine is equipped with formula storage and automatic adjustment without shutdown.
Waste Recycling
We have installed a waste reel device under the machine to reel up waste plastic sheets, making it easier for customers to handle waste sheets and reducing labor waste.
Belt-Type Cup Stacker
Optional belt-type cup stacker automatically arranges cups neatly as they drop into the machine, reducing the need for manual cup handling.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA
2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).
3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.

5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.
6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.
7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
