TQC-650B is our economical and practical plastic cup thermoforming machine, which occupies a small area, has complete functions and low power consumption. This machine is driven by a hydraulic system, consists of a heating part and a forming part, and uses in-mold cutting technology to complete the cutting process in the mold, and the product molding effect is better. On this machine, you only need one or two workers at most. It is fully automatic. On this machine, you can make disposable plastic cups, milk tea cups, coffee cups, lunch boxes, takeaway boxes, plastic lids, egg trays, injection trays and cake boxes, etc. The sheets suitable for this machine can be PP, PS, PET, RPET, PVC, etc.

A disposable plastic cup with a 70mm cup diameter and a height of 90mm.
The layout on the mold is 3*6, with a total of 18 cavities, which means that the machine can produce 18 cups in one cycle.
Depending on the material, height and stacking method, the machine's production speed is 15-25 cycles/minute, so the output of cups per minute is 270-450 cups.
