Product Overview
TJS-750F PP PS double-layer sheet extruder consists of extrusion, calendering, traction, and rolling. The main components have advantages such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature endurance, and they are treated with high-quality special processing. The low resistance in the die head extrusion channel ensures uniform sheet thickness, while the internal spiral tank of the three-roller guarantees effective cooling, and the hydraulic part simplifies the replacement and installation of the screen changer without needing to stop the machine. This machine extrudes PP/PS pellets into double-layer PP/PS sheets, max capacity is 400-500kg/h and max width of sheet is 750mm.

Heating Part
Adopts ceramic heater. with good thermal insulation performance and saves electricity.
Extruder Part
Screw and barrel use 38 CrMoAl material, achieve optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment.
Die Head Part
Adopts Aluminum-casted heater. The T-die like cloth-hanger, enable the melting material be flowed evenly from the outlet.
Filter Part
Use 40Cr material;the plate diameter 150/100mm; Driven by hydraulic.
3 Rollers Part
Rollers reach to "mirror surface" standard; gyroidal cooling way (not linear way) to cool each rollers as inside roller has many channel irons. Vertical layout.
Double Station Winding
Easy to receive sheet, if one roller is full, we can use another roller.
Feeding Part(Optional)
Feeding material automatically.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA
2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).
3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.
4. Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 3 phases, 4wires. There is an extra charge for different voltages.
5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.
6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.
7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
