Plastic servo motor cup thermoforming machine is our lasted developed product, it is mainly for manufacturing different plastic cups, bowls, covers, plates in food industry, the material can be PP, PS, PET, PLA, Cornstarch and etc.

This servo motor cup machine can work separately, also can connect with stacking & packing machine to form a full production line, to meet different customers with different requirements.

This machine integrates forming & cutting in one station, also the forming, feeding and stretching part are all driven by servo system , It consists of sheet loading part, four pillar structure, heating area, forming &cutting part, PLC Touch Screen operation part and waste sheet recycling part. It can connect with automatic stacking & packaging machine to form a production line.With high automatic, stable structure, low running noise, high efficiency and very easy to operate, this TQC-750S servo motor cup machine is very popular in the market.

The front section of the chain rail is equipped with an automatic expansion device to adjust the sheet tension.

The upper heating size is 3263x900mm with 13 zones, and the lower heating size is 3023x900mm with 12 zones. total 25 zones of PID automatic temperature control regulation.It is equipped with German ceramic heaters with insulation, quick response rate, short processing time, and save energy.

It adopts 17.3kw servo motor.
The upper mould can be adjusted by hand, to fit for products in different height.
The mould platform adopts high-strength ductile iron,the connecting rods of each joint are processed from high-strength cast steel (ZG45).

The machine is equipped with a suction-cup robotic arm that picks up the cups from the forming mold and places them into the stacking unit.

The stacking unit is configured according to the mold layout, with vertical guide posts installed to keep the cups securely positioned between them and prevent falling. Once the preset stacking quantity is reached, the unit is transferred along the guide rail into the flipping mold.

Flipping Mold

After the cups are pushed into the flipping mold, the mold rotates 90° clockwise and moves along the upper guide rail to the conveyor. The cup pushing mechanism then ejects the cups from the mold onto the conveyor belt.

Driven by a servo motor, the cup pushing device slides upward to transfer the cups from the stacking unit into the flipping mold.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA

2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).

3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.

4. Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 3 phases, 4wires. There is an extra charge for different voltages.

5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.

6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.

7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
