TFC-730 Plastic Cup Tilting thermoforming machine is our lasted developed product, It's mainly for manufacturing different plastic cups products.

With forming area 730*320mm, and max depth 170mm, the machine can meet all different kind of cups production request. The max running speed 42 cycles/min, it helps to develop for high output, low energy consumption, high stability, high automation and other requirements, providing the perfect solution for medium and high capacity disposable cups.

Heating device

Heating Device

Heater (electric furnace) length 2500mm, using German heater, upper heating 39zones, lower heating 13 zones, a total of 42 zones (attached picture) automatic temperature control adjustment, the entire temperature control using temperature control module, solid state relay contactless output, stable, high precision, temperature control error ≤±1℃;
The heater adopts embedded ceramic far-infrared radiation component, which has high thermal effect and is safe and reliable
Infrared detection sheet vertical alarm, to avoid the electric furnace temperature is too high, sheet heating melt into the electric furnace;

The entire system utilizes a B&R central controller (with Chinese and English programming) and a human-machine interface. It boasts a high degree of integration, precise control, and ease of operation.

The upper mold table is designed with lifting function, and adopts motor sprocket drive, which is convenient for lifting and adjusting. The mold depth can be directly adjusted to adapt to molds with different closing heights, with a maximum adjustment range of ±5mm;
The mold water and air routes are directly supplied by the mold table, and the mold installation is fast; the overall mold appearance layout is more reasonable;
The stretching adopts servo motor driven high-precision ball screw transmission; the stretching length can be directly set; the stretching length positioning is accurate;

The cup receiving system utilizes a servo motor drive and a self-developed V-shaped flipping mechanism, enabling rapid cup suction, flipping, and stacking, suitable for products of various calibers and cup heights.

Cup Sweeping and Pushing Device

Cup Sweeping and Pushing Device

Both the cup sweeping and pushing devices are controlled by servo motors. They can quickly sweep the products onto the conveyor belt when the counted number of products is reached, based on the number of rows of formed products.

The cup conveyor belt is driven by a servo motor to rise and fall, and the cups are received according to the number of rows of formed products.

Waste Recycling

Waste Recycling

The waste materials cut after product production are rolled into waste rolls by the waste recycling structure driven by the servo motor in a counterclockwise rotation. They can be crushed into plastic particles by the online crusher and reused.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA

2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).

3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.

4. Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 3 phases, 4wires. There is an extra charge for different voltages.

5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.

6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.

7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
