Product Overview
TJ-750E is a PP PS sheet extrusion machine that is our scale capacity sheet extrusion machine. The machine combines heating device, die head device, Three roller device, tracking and cooling stand shaft, and finished sheet roll into process.
PP/PS/HIPS sheet machine is mainly used raw materials of PP/PS to process PP (polypropylene) and PS (polystyrene) to be a single-layer sheets. Its application areas cover multiple industries, such as:
1. Packing industry
Packaging area: Suitable for the production of food, disposable lunch boxes, meat trays and other products.
2. Electronic plays outer packing: Used for insulation protection of electronic equipment (such as electrical back panels) and toy plastic protective cover packaging.
3. Medical industry: After thermoforming processing, medical equipment trays can be made.
4. Agricultural products: Such as seedling trays, disposable plastic flower pots, etc.,

Heating Device
Independently controlled ceramic heating plate
● Energy saving and consumption reduction: The efficiency of ceramic heaters is as high as 96%, saving about 30% of electricity compared with traditional resistance heating;
● High safety: The ceramic heater uses high-temperature resistant materials such as alumina, which has fireproof and corrosion-resistant properties;
● Maintenance cost: The ceramic heating element has a life of more than 100,000 hours, and there are no mechanical moving parts, which reduces the maintenance frequency.

Changer Net Device
● Adopting two-station channel design to realizing non-stop filter change, ensuring continuous and stable production process.
● Stable working process
● Equipped with hydraulic system control, supports automatic filter change.

Metering Pump
● Use melt pump to ensure stable output pressure to provide stable melt pressure for PP sheet extruder, which is conducive to maintaining the stability of extrusion process and improving product quality.
● Increase output, reduce energy consumption, achieve low-temperature extrusion, and extend the life of the machine. The melt pump helps to reduce the energy consumption per kilogram of material processed by improving mixing quality and output, and achieve energy-saving and efficient production.
● By adjusting the speed of the melt pump, the flow rate of the melt can be accurately controlled to ensure consistency during the extrusion process, thereby achieving near-linear output of the flow rate and easy control

Die Head
● Accurate temperature control: Adopt independent air cooling system to optimize the production response speed of low-temperature or heat-sensitive materials.
● Structural optimization: The die lip opening can be adjusted to reduce the problem of uneven sheet thickness.

Three Roller Device
● Precise control on temperature: The three-roll calender driven by the independent servo motor can achieve precise temperature control, and the temperature error can be controlled within ±1°C to ensure the uniformity of the thickness and flatness of the sheet.
● Production efficient: The calender rollers are driven by servo motors, which support independent adjustment of the speed of each roller to adapt to different materials and process requirements and improve production efficiency;
● Precision control: The worm gear adjustment system and mirror calender rollers can accurately adjust the sheet thickness (0-2mm range) and maintain surface finish;

Sheet Winding Device
Double-station sheet winding device, cylinder shaft winding core, easy operation and quick roll change.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA
2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).
3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.
4. Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 3 phases, 4wires. There is an extra charge for different voltages.
5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.
6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.
7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
