TTF-820AF 4-station full-automatic plastic thermoforming machine is our latest developed product, which combines forming, punching, cutting, and stacking in one process and adopts advanced thermoforming technology. This machine is specialized for forming PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, EPS, PLA, or other materials sheets that can be widely used to produce all kinds of food and non-food packaging products like plastic trays, containers, boxes, lids, and so on.

Feeding Device

Driving by motor. Sheet roll Max diameter 1M. With dust-free plate to keep the sheet clean.

Heating Device

Temperature is controlled precisely (the difference is within ±1℃). The working life of the ceramic heater is long and adopts the fully enclosed oven. The temperature controlling system is better and saves more energy.

Operation Screen

Operator-friendly HMl, and the system has the function of remote connection. lntelligent operation, the whole machine is equipped with formula storage and automatic adjustment without shutdown.

Forming Station

Driven by servo motor to close the mold, with cylinder clamping frame and servo stretching function at the same time.

Punching Station

Has an automatic mold fixing system, which can be fixed after the installation and adjustment. Don't need screws to fix the mold and can short the setting time of the mold. It can improve efficiency.

Cutting Station

The cutter has heat functions. This machine adopts mechanical locking mold, which is safe and reliable; This station uses a pressurized lubrication system to ensure that each hinge point is fully lubricated.

Stacking Station

Stacking station has many options to design that can meet more demands of packing.

Waste Recycling

Waste Rewinding System: The edge material is sent to the waste rewinding system for recycling by the conveying system. With a special clutch structure, when the material roll is too large, the power will automatically separate to prevent electric overload and extend the service life of the motor.

1. Terms of shipment: FOB NINGBO, CHINA

2. Package: wooden case package (If fumigation is required, charge should be paid by customer).

3. Terms of payment: 30% advance before produce as deposit and the rest 70% should be paid upon finish and inspection before shipment.

4. Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 3 phases, 4wires. There is an extra charge for different voltages.

5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.

6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.

7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
