This machine is used for making disposable products, the take away food package. such as food container, tray, boxes, lids ect. The cost of the machine is lower, while the quality is supper good. It can make except cups, products with hole. Other products it can make easily.

Feeding device

Feeding Device

Our sheet loading part use a very good material, square steel structure, it is very stable. We have cylinder on the machine to loading automatic, so you can save human resources. it is double station, so you don't need to stop machine when you change roll.

Heating device

Heating Device

Our machine the heater we are use Elstein, it is from Germany. Which can improve the thermal conversion efficiency and save more energy. With this heater, customer can save 30% energy. Compared with others, our oven for the heating part is four times index length of the forming area, it is very long heating part. The oven is double layer electric oven. So it can heart quickly and accurately adjusted. We have a sensor on the oven, in case the sheet fall down the oven, it will push the whole oven to the outside.

The touch screen is very smart. It can input the key data, the machine can adjust by itself.it have search function and very easy to operate.

Forming station

Forming Station

The forming part we use Positive pressure and negative press together with the plug to make the final products more good. The upper and down also plug we are use servo motor control. So it is more precision.

Cutting station

Cutting Station

For the cutting station, Adopt the structure of four-pillars(40Cr steel) for supporting and unibody mould plates (TQ-600 steel) for guiding, which make our punching station more stronger and stable, shock absorption and wear resisting. High-power servo drive, which makes higher punching force and much better products. The cutting force is big for our TTF-520A, so it can cutting different products perfect. And it is very precision of the cutting position.

Stacking station

Stacking Station

For the stacking station, we are also use servo motor control, so it is more precision. and we can have down stacking. Upper stacking, and AB stacking for option for customer. So it can meet different customer requirement.

We are environmentalists. The waste sheet can be recycle. You can crush it and mix it with new particles to make new materials and produce new products. So there will no waste in your factory.

5. Delivery time: 2-3 months.

6. Validity of quotation: 60 days.

7. After-sale service: Within 13 months from the date of sailing, spare parts are repaired for free (except for human factors). If the guarantee period is expired, the cost and freight should be paid by buyer.
